Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain terms, what CLOUDNINE collects when you book a row, write to us, or visit our bright daylight gaming lounge. We keep the list short on purpose: a lounge does not need much to hold a seat for you.

  1. What we collect

When you use the booking form we receive the name, email address, date, chosen altitude, and time of day you send. If you email or call us, we keep whatever you choose to share in that message so we can reply and plan your visit.

  2. Why we keep it

Booking details let us hold your seat, confirm the time, and reach you if a row changes. We do not sell your details, trade them, or use them for anything beyond running the lounge and answering you.

  3. Cookies

Our site sets one small cookie to remember whether you accepted this notice, so the banner does not return on every page. That cookie stores a simple choice, not your identity, and it clears when it expires or when you clear your browser. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

  4. How long we hold it

We keep booking records only as long as they are useful for scheduling and for our own records, then we remove them. Messages you send are kept for as long as the conversation is active.

  5. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your booking details. Write to the email in the footer and we will sort it during opening hours. You can also clear the consent cookie any time from your browser settings.
